Six years ago, Fundação 1Bi was born from a dream: to make education more inclusive, technological, and accessible to everyone. Today, looking back on our journey with five years at the organization, I can see not only the challenges we have overcome, but above all, the impact we have generated—often far greater than we imagined. Time flies, yes, but it leaves deep marks and unforgettable lessons that drive us to keep moving forward.
Six years of celebrating projects that engage with the present and build the future. More than 6 million people have been directly and indirectly impacted by initiatives that bring digital inclusion, learning, and empowerment to those who need them most. These numbers, however, carry much more than results. They represent faces, stories, and transformations that make it clear that, yes, it is possible to build a fairer, more connected world alongside those who believe in the power of the collective.
From the beginning, we were driven by the desire to be more than an organization: we wanted to be a bridge. A connection between technology, education, and, above all, human care. This vision guided us along a path of active listening, genuine collaboration, and the courage to do things differently. We learned that no tool or solution has a real impact if it is not built to respond to the needs of the main protagonists of this story: teachers, schools, and students. They were, are, and always will be the reason behind all our work.
Throughout this journey, we have carried with us the lesson that innovation without a true purpose is empty. Every project begins with a commitment to listen,
understand, and offer solutions that make sense and, more importantly, are transformative. Over these six years, we have seen dreams take shape, barriers break down, and, above all, lives transform. Stories that crossed paths with Fundação 1Bi and became part of who we are.
Celebrating these six years is, above all, an act of gratitude. Gratitude for every partner who renewed our courage, for every teacher who inspired us, and for every student who found a new opportunity in our solutions. Gratitude to you, who are part of this journey and who, in some way, invest time, energy, and trust to help us keep moving forward. Our heartfelt thanks are not only for today, but for every little piece of the impact we have helped build together and for every dream we will still make a reality.
Today, I look back with pride and ahead with determination. May the coming years be even more transformative. May we continue broadening horizons, breaking down barriers, and showing that technology, combined with empathy, can be a powerful invitation for us to learn and grow together.
