Adapte Educação takes first place in the 5th edition of 1Bi Labs

The 5th edition of 1Bi Labs has come to an end. This time, we had the pleasure of getting to know 6 more organizations working in education. For Fundação 1Bi, it is always rewarding to learn about projects with different approaches, but which share a goal aligned with what we believe in: making a positive impact through education.
We went through an intense week of acceleration: 4 days were held virtually and 2 days in person, in São Paulo. In total, these sessions amounted to more than 120 hours of mentoring and training. All of this was made possible with the support of iFood volunteer mentors, who dedicated themselves to the projects and truly went all in to support them.
In this edition of the program, the prize amount was higher, exceeding R$50,000.00. First place (R$35,000), second place (R$15,000), and third place (R$10,000), respectively, went to Adapte Educação, Instituto Futuro Para Todos and Projeto CaJu.
“It was an honor for us. We are leaving here empowered, with a major shift in mindset and the responsibility to multiply this prize. The mentors were outstanding—it is the first time we have gone through such an intense acceleration process. Fundação 1Bi will support all program participants for an additional three months, providing assistance in the areas of management, technology, or communications. Learn more about the other projects participating in the 5th edition of 1Bi Labs: Cursinho Nubo, Sumo Educacional and Social Brasilis.
1Bi Labs is a Fundação 1Bi program that seeks to accelerate initiatives promoting educational and inclusive opportunities for young people experiencing social vulnerability. Twenty-nine organizations have already participated in the program, indirectly impacting the lives of more than 60,000 people.
